I First Saw Jubilee Farm in 1996

I first saw Jubilee Farm on June 6, 1996.  Before the days of listing real estate on the internet, realtors had loose leaf binders of property listings available for review in their offices.  Jubilee Farm was advertised on a stylized, glossy flyer with a lovely aerial photo and tasteful description.  A second farm for sale was both larger and more storied, but a visit to the property proved that farms can reveal hidden glamor, and this one certainly did. With almost a mile of estuarine shoreline, only a map revealed what the eye could not see for the overgrowth.
